- KASB Investment Banking, along with Merrill Lynch, is the advisor to the Government of Pakistan on the two largest Oil and Gas privatizations – Pakistan Petroleum Limited and Oil & Gas Development Company Limited.
- KASB Funds Limited is the investment advisor of choice with more than PKR 100 billion under advice. It has equity participation from Merrill Lynch Investment Managers as strategic partner.
- KASBIT, a business and technology institute offering Bachelors and Masters programs, is chartered by the Government of Sindh and recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
- KASB Tech is a technology house focusing on state of the art networking and software solutions.
- KASB Foundation is a charitable, not for profit organization.
- 24/7 Media Network operates an international scale television channel, Play TV. It is establishing an in-house teleporting setup for up linking.
- Silk Route International is a Singapore based company that acquires international oil and gas resources.
- Resources Pakistan is a subsidiary company that acquires local E&P assets.
